Not preferred styles, or for me is harmony in the knife or not. I do not try to do in a certain style, I prefer to individuality, their own design.
What materials are used and why.
Blades do stainless steel powder metallurgy, mainly from M390 and S90V, I think these were the best for working knives. handle material is selected depending on the design of the knife and its purpose. For working knives, customers prefer and recommend Composites (textolites) based on the linen, glass fiber and carbon fiber fabrics. Very nice looking knives with wooden or bone plates, but such materials are maintenance-free, or rather careful treatment, otherwise you may lose form.
